Ty Electric was communicative, friendly, and did a good job. I am very appreciative of their efforts and this company clearly cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. We hit a bumpy patch with some follow up work on our project but in the end Ty Electric stepped up, was responsive, and got the work done.

The Owner is experience, efficient and reasonable. He understood my issue very quickly and assigned technician to assist me very quickly. Brandon, the technician who helped me, spotted and resolved the issue within the 5 minutes of the visit. While he was on site, he inspected all the sockets making sure they work normally and meeting the building code. Brandon is also very good at his communication skills. He’s English enunciation clear and explanation is logical, easy to understand. Allow me to understand what the issue was, what the fix is and now to address it in the future. If I have other electrical work to be done in the future I know who to go to.

I chose Ty Electric because it was a small, local firm with qualified staff and I needed prompt resolution of what I suspected was a potential safety situation. I had a small but frustrating issue with lights, flickering on and off again, in one or two circuits in our 40 year old home. The intermittent smell of burning or smouldering plastic was another source of anxiety. The Ty electrician methodically examined the suspected culprits and found a neutral wire in the breaker panel that was loose enough to cause arcing, melting the insulation in a location that was partially concealed. Good catch! He went though the panel and found another half dozen connections that had, over time, become loose… all potential trouble spots. The service was not cheap…. $350 min charge, but not out of line for other trades these days. Amortized over the life of the house, and avoiding damage to appliances and electronics (let alone a house fire!) it was worth it! I would call on Ty Electric again for assistance if the need arises.

Ty, ... What an amazing Electrician! Happy, professional, great work, wonderful customer service. He gets back to you right away. He went above and beyond for me 🤩 I was concerned my 4 jobs were too small. No way. He was so happy to do them, and even recommended some new track lighting! I'll only be calling him in the future ☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing service from Ty and his team. They scheduled me in quickly and had the problem fixed in under 24 hours—before I could even start Googling worst-case scenarios. Ty found the issue right away, explained the solution clearly, and fixed it fast at a great price. I’ll definitely be calling Ty and his team for any future electrical needs.
